How do you photograph weddings?
When you work with me, you’re getting more than just photography—you’re getting support from someone who’s experienced, organised, and genuinely committed to making your day run smoothly. You’ll have a direct line to me throughout the planning process, and I’m always on hand to offer guidance, whether it’s choosing locations, planning around the weather, or working out the logistics.
Ahead of your wedding or elopement, we’ll talk through how you want the day to feel and what matters most to you. It’s a collaborative process designed to keep things relaxed and well thought out.
On the day, I focus on capturing the full story. My style is centred on creating a gallery of beautiful photographs that reflect your connection and the atmosphere of the day.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based in Windermere, in the heart of the Lake District, but I love to travel and regularly work across the UK and beyond. If you’re planning a wedding or elopement abroad, I’d be excited to join you.
For destination bookings, I do charge travel expenses, which will include accommodation—but I always keep costs fair and will find the most reasonable and practical way to get there. I’ll work with you to make travel planning straightforward and stress-free.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4-6 weeks. I will send you a small selection of preview images within 48 hours too.
How many pictures will we receive?
My style is narrative and my coverage comprehensive. Your gallery will show your celebration from start to finish. The number of photographs I capture varies on season, location and individual circumstances but you can expect 30-50 images per hour of photographing.
Which Lake District Wedding suppliers do you work with?
I'm lucky to liv and work in the Lake District with a talented pool of creatives - florists, make-up-artists, content creators, bakers, chefs, venue stylists, celebrants. If you need help finding your team, I will be delighted to chat through options with you. Talented, kind, fabulous humans, local to the Lakes and truly special!
Will you be a witness for our wedding?
