There’s something incredibly special about choosing a place that feels meaningful to you. Eloping in Europe offers that sense of space and wonder in abundance, whether that’s dramatic mountains, wild coastlines or peaceful alpine villages.

I photograph intimate elopements with a relaxed, documentary approach, focusing on connection, atmosphere, and the in-between moments. My role is to gently guide where needed, while leaving plenty of room for things to unfold naturally.

Eloping Somewhere Meaningful

Many of the couples I work with are drawn to Europe for the same reasons: scale, beauty and a feeling of stepping into something timeless. If you’re planning a small, intentional celebration somewhere special, I’m always open to travelling for the right fit.

If dates align, I’m happy to cover my own travel costs for the opportunity to photograph elopements in the following locations:

  • Ærø Island, Denmark – understated, romantic, and wonderfully unspoilt

  • Slovenia – lakes, forests and alpine scenery that feel quietly breathtaking

  • Austria – elegant mountain landscapes and peaceful valleys

  • The Dolomites – dramatic peaks, soft light, and a sense of scale that’s hard to beat

  • The Alps – expansive, timeless scenery perfect for adventurous, intimate days

A Thoughtful, Unrushed Approach

Elopements allow for a slower pace. There’s time to breathe, to explore, and to truly be present. Whether your ceremony takes place outdoors, in a private space, or simply unfolds over the course of the day, I’ll help you plan a gentle flow that feels calm and considered.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Many couples come to me with only a loose idea — a place they love, a feeling they’re chasing — and we build from there.
